Shipping and Return Policies

A shipping and handling fee of $4.50 is applied to all orders of small accessories, like our jewelry and keychains.

Shipping and handling fees for larger items such as engraved signs, coaster sets, cutting boards, and special occasion products vary per size and weight of product.

Please allow 3-7 days to receive your product upon order of standard product orders. For custom orders, please allow an additional 3 days to complete order. We will send an email with more detailed tracking information once order is shipped.

Returns and exchanges are valid 21 days from product purchase date. Exchanges are valid for products of equal value and returns are valid for issue of store gift card. This does not apply to custom orders/engravings, for these purchases all sales are final. Please reach out via email to beautiful.bliss@outlook.com and provide your name or order number to process an exchange or return.
